Of Stained Bedsheets and Lying Smiles
It's been seven months, three weeks, and four daysnot that Tony's been counting or anythingsince he first slept with Loki, and he's starting to think it might be more than just sex.
In the beginning, that's pretty much all it was: three or four times a week, Loki would show up in Tony's room and they'd fuck like rabbits, all long limbs and tangled sheets; depending on how late it was when they stoppedand usually it was four in the morningLoki would stay the night, and sometimes he'd stay for breakfast, eating quickly and silently, casting occasionally glances at Tony over his plate which the engineer could never decip

"No, no, hang on kiddo, you're holding it wrong, you're gonna take someones eye out like that."
Charlie sighed as Clint corrected his hold on the practice bow again. They had been at it for hours, Clint trying to teach him how to shoot, but he was so hopeless at it! They'd tried guns, arrows, darts, and he never once hit the target, not once. The only weapon he showed any prowess with whatsoever was the throwing knives, like his father, but Clint insisted he needed practice on other mediums of long-distance attack.

Frigga's Major Headache
Chapter 1
Not a single soul had heard Frigga, apparently unable to conceive children of her own, complain when Odin had brought home the golden-haired boy he'd sired from Gaea, the earth goddess. "Thor," he'd proudly proclaimed with a look of abject pride accompanied by a timeless male chest-thump meant to impress upon others the primal dominance brought on by fatherhood. His demeanor had been more sentimental when he'd returned home from Jotunheim carrying a tiny bundle of cloth in which was nestled a dark-haired baby. "Loki," he'd whispered in that tone reserved for profound moments, periods in their married life when he thought they s
As they approached the doors of the infirmary, several of the repentant Avengers shifted uncomfortably. What Charlie had said had really hit home for them, and he was right. They really did have a lot to thank Loki for, and to apologise for. The Avengers, now including Loki, were meant to be a team, and they hadn't acted like one. They had excluded Loki based on past impressions, and refused to acknowledge the qualities and skills he brought to the team, and for that, they were ashamed.
The five Avengers stopped just outside the Infirmary doors, not wanting to intrude if there was a family moment going on. Tony had taken Charlie to bed short

1: Fear
The windows shook as thunder rattled the tower. The wind howled and the sky was dark, clouds a deep grey as the storm brewed between them. Tony sighed as thunder rolled again, resigning himself to not getting any work done this afternoon. If the thunder were Thor's doing, he would've sent the guy to Yoga or something to calm down, or off to smash some shit with the Hulk, but Thor was away in Asgard, visiting his mother for the first time in a few months. Loki had been forbidden from travelling, having only recently recovered from a severe injury, gained during a fight with Doctor Doom, and it was to find the sulking God that Tony was
Life was not easy on Loki. It had never been. However, today seemed to be one of the worst days of all.
Six-year-old Loki stumbled through Asgard, finally finding his way to the long, winding path that lead him up to the Rainbow Bridge. He had had enough of all of the other people in the castle. His tutors were too busy with his older brother and his education to care for Loki. He was handed a book and expected to read it for the rest of the day. So, Loki wandered the halls, trying to find Thor's friends. However, the kids were too busy with their own studies or playing games with the others. None of them really wanted Loki around to play wi
